We are looking for an RN or LPN or Allied Health professionals to support screening and test collection for travellers, workers and other individuals requiring a private COVID19 test.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be;

•  Collecting specimens for infection of COVID-19, including nasopharyngeal swab, throat swab and saline gargle rinse.
• Creating client care plans in response to unforeseen events and changing client needs within the scope of practice and competency guidelines.
• Working with the management and inter-professional teams to tackle complex issues.
• Providing routine information regarding resources available in the community. These resources may include symptom information and infection control practices to prevent transmission and reduce the spread of the virus.

The following qualifications are essential:

• Graduation from an approved program in Nursing.
• Current full registration with the College of Nurses of BC.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting the IT  Department with everyday tasks, tickets and projects. The ideal  candidate will be a tech-savvy, quick-learner that wants to assist in  growing our companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

• Manage daily phone calls, email inquiries, general tickets and prioritizing customer requests
• Computer inventory adding and tagging
• Remote IT customer assistance
• Setup,  configure and assign new computers, VOIP phones, cell phones and other  various IT equipment according to established procedures
• Setup, configure, update and maintain computer operating system, software and network software as needed.
• Use of Service Desk software to log and track customer tickets
• Help desk and provide direct support to local and remote users on IT related matters.
• Monitor backups and updates.
• Train end users on basic usage of software, phones, computers and e-mail.
• Troubleshoot basic IT related issues.
• Acts as a link between end users and higher-level support

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• IT support experience.
• Keen to learn new aspects of IT.
• Able to self-learn.
• Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Able to multi-task, especially concurrently tackle scheduled and unscheduled work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard office and internet software.
