TRAVEL CONSULT FAQs

Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual consultations. 


You can book an appointment here or contact us to arrange an appointment virtually or at one of our locations closest to you.


  • Detailed information about your trip such as the duration in specific countries, cities, and activities planned.
  • A list of any medications you are taking.
  • Any immunization records you may have.


Step 1: Prior to the appointment, you will be sent an intake and consent form so our healthcare professionals can gather your travel destination and medical history.

Step 2: Our experienced healthcare professionals will conduct a travel consultation to review current health advisories and provide guidance on recommended or required vaccines and medications for your destination.

Step 3: Our healthcare professionals will thoroughly explain the vaccination process, including any potential side effects and risks, prior to administration.

Step 4: Our healthcare professionals will guide you through the vaccination process, ensuring clear communication and providing support to help you remain calm, ensuring a comfortable and positive vaccination experience.

Step 5: After receiving your vaccines, you will be required to remain in the clinic for 15 minutes in case you experience dizziness or an exceedingly uncommon allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis.


The appointment takes about 45 minutes.


Yes, we ensure privacy for the clients. We provide video consultations in a private setting. We recommend you to be in a quiet area and have access to a strong internet connection.


No, there won't be a recording of the consultation. 


Consultation for one person is $55.00 plus tax. Our group rates depend on the number of people in the group. Please call for a detailed quote.


 Yes, the following vaccines could be mandatory for entry depending on the country:

  •  Yellow Fever: Some countries require evidence of vaccination from all entering travelers. Amani Travel Health Clinic can provide you with the International Certificate of Vaccination at your appointment. (See here for more information.)
  • Meningococcal (against A, C, Y, W-135): Required for Hajj visit to Saudi Arabia. Amani Travel Health Clinic can provide you with a Certificate of Vaccination. (According to the CDC website, Hajj visas cannot be issued without proof of meningococcal vaccination. See here for more information.)
