New Zealand IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMS

Please bring the following items with you on the day of your IME:

• All prescription medications, including their names and dosages (if applicable).
• Government-issued identification, such as a passport or Canadian driver's licence, is required.
• Glasses or contacts for the vision test (if applicable).
• A translator if your booked panel physician does not speak your language and you require one.
• Payment. 

Amani Health Services makes every effort to ensure that your physical exam, chest x-ray, and necessary blood work go as smoothly as possible.

Urine sample is required. Please arrive well hydrated and avoid emptying your bladder immediately before your appointment.

Please ensure you know which medical certificate, visa category, and visa type Immigration New Zealand requires for your application before booking. We cannot provide immigration advice.

Medical certificate options may include:

• No Medical Certificate, 
• General Medical Certificate, 
• Limited Medical Certificate, 
• Chest X-Ray Certificate.

Visa categories and  types may include:

• Temporary (Visitor, Student, Work), 
• Residence (Skilled/Business, Family, Pacific Categories, Investor, Straight to Residence, etc.)
• Work to Residence (Worker  or Family of Worker).
