The team at the Amani Travel clinic is specially trained to treat wounds and assist patients in recovery from surgery. We have assisted clients in successfully managing a variety of post-operative wounds, including ulcers, skin conditions, burns, and other medical conditions.
Our Wound Care Program is committed to bringing high-quality wound care expertise and hands-on care to patients wherever they need it – at home, in one of our community care clinics, or in a long-term care facility.
Whether you have a foot or leg ulcer, are coping with the aftereffects of surgery, or require hospice palliative wound care, our wound care professionals work closely with you to develop a customized treatment plan that meets your specific needs. As a first step, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your situation, taking into account your health and any physical, social, and psychological factors that may inhibit your development. Depending on your medical condition, a team of registered nurses licenced practical nurses, and certified nurse assistants will develop a plan for recovery care or wound management.
Our mission is to enhance your quality of life and help you achieve optimal health. Your wound management programme is always supervised by an experienced Registered Nurse to ensure the highest quality and most effective care possible.
